I mounted a BSA sweet .223 6-18x40 scope on my new r15. The scope is great, clear, and I love the 18 power zoom. My reason for going with the scope was because it had the adjustable turret on top for yardages. It came with multiple turrets for different bullet weights. I sighted it in a 100 yds and it was great. 1" MOA and I didn't have to hike to the scope every couple shots. I could see every shot. Moved back to 200 yds, switched the turret to 200 and I was right in there, 2" group. When I moved it to 350 yds I could even see where I was hitting. Finally figured I was hitting about 7' high! Moved the turret down to 250yds and nailed it. I set my gun solid and watched while I turned the turret from 200 yds to 350 and I watched my crosshairs climb 7'! I called BSA and they said they couldn't do anything. Any ideas? I guess I could create my own marks, but I wish I didn't have to. Has anyone else tried this? Sportsman's said they have trouble keeping this scope in stock so I figure someone must have an opinion...good or bad. Let me have em!
