Found this old boy up behind the house this winter, had a bad limp on the left rear, but I think he'll make it.

I bet you would have. :chuckle: With a general tag, I wouldn't have raised my binos either, I just would have shot him. He looks pretty good, but with a special permit, I'd like to think I would let him walk. Can't really say for sure until I was put in the situation. Several things could come into play during even a permit hunt. How has the hunting been? How many and how big of bulls have you been seeing? How is the weather? How much time do you have to hunt? Just couldn't say for sure.
