I don't know what you all think a special "bull" or "quality bull" permit is in Washinton now days?????????????? But if you didn't kill it you probably won't get another chance.... On public ground that is...... It's not like our permit seasons are all that great..... Some years yes......... You know the rest..... Off my soap box......  :chuckle:   I can 99.9% garantee you I would've shot it halfway threw the "permit" season and would've been lucky to get him during an open anybull general or late hunt.... Most our "permit bulls" are during a genral season anyhow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
