Hillarious - the saga of customer service train wreck continues...  The thread is 2 years old and enjoyed re-reading my post.

I still stand by my poor experiences there.

I have had good experiences at Whitetail's plus and have learned to do a few things on my own.

If you are going to go to Spokane Valley Archery, ask to see Justin.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

I just bought a bow with Spokane Valley Archery two weeks ago.  Justin was more than helpful let me shoot tons of bows until I picked one out.  He tuned it perfectly and did and all around great job.  I was kind of shocked to read this degrading thread!  Im glad I had a good time its unfortunate others have not had such a good experience.

Btches and aholes have been the demise of many well located and well stocked archery shops.  And unfortunately it's a common problem amongst major line archery shops.  Crazy since customer service is such an easy thing.  And it's free! Hopefully this is a sign SVA is addressing their customer service issues.  Glad to hear you had a good experience.

He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

This thread is too funny. I just bought a new bow and ned somewhere to sight it in and get it tuned. I dreaded the thought of having to go to SVA to have any work done because of past experience. I googled Spokane archery and this thread popped up. I guess this confirms my feelings. Looks like I will be heading to Deer Park.

I have great luck with SVA. From reading this thread. I must be lucky. But I also drop my bow off in January to be re strung and tuned. They also took the time to give my wife shooting pointers when we bought her bow there. :dunno:

Want to give a shout out to Greg at Whitetail Plus in Deer Park. Went up there today to get my bow sighted and tuned. Greg was extremely helpful, polite, social and just and an all around d good guy. He definitely has my business from here on out.

Greg at Whitetail Archery was very good to work with.  When I bought a new bow I went to SVA.  I was extremely pleased with their customer service and their patience as I shot just about every bow in their shop.

Josh, Justin, and Brian were all very pleasant and professional to deal with and do very quality work.  Josh yoke tuned my bow for me in very short time.

From my experience you can't go wrong with either shop.

I bought my dad a new bow and he needed some stuff done. We went to whitetail in deer park and I all I can say is wow. He was so helpful talking about possible parts and explaining answers to any questions we had. He was also nice to just chat with about hunting in general while he worked on the bow.

I've stopped in to sportsmans warehouse a few times either for myself or my gf and Jim is great. He is very helpful and great service as well.

I don't think any business is 100% consistent in terms of service quality. That said, all I can do is share my experience with SVA. Every time I have gone in, they have been helpful and courteous, and very knowledgeable as well.  I didn't experience the "hard sell" or any other kind of sales pressure.  When the shop got busy with customers, they (with special mention for Josh) stepped up their effort to keep attending to each customer.
