The special hunts haven't been released yet.  You'll be able to apply when the new regulations come out.

Probably don't need to put in for any of the OIL permits. Best thing you should put in for is those doe or cow tags.

if I remember, Speacial hunt permits go on sale in mid April.
Also heard a rumor that this year, you have to buy all special hunt permits @ a dealer. Its a form of internet gambling. So you can no longer buy them online @ home.

Buying at a dealer only applies to Raffle tickets. It does not apply to drawings for Special Hunts. There is no limit to the number of Raffle tickets that can be purchased by one individual and the State of Wa. has declared Raffles a form of on-line gambling. Special hunt permits are limited to one of a kind per individual even though it is still on a drawing basis, The state has not declared them a form of gambling.

Yea, because internet gambling is quite a big problem we're facing in this state nowdays. WTF?!?!?! :bash:
I'm ready to move. Anyone have any suggestions. Got some family in AZ. We could sell our house here, go down there and buy one outright. I know the work prospects are crappy, but hell, without a house payment, I could work the gun counter at walmart!

I would go to Montana  :) I love that state and I have plenty of family and land to hunt over there, if any of you have seen the horse whisperer part of it was filmed in livingston and it was all filmed on our land! but our family that lives up there now is starting to sell 250 acre parcels  >:( my dad told me when he was a kid him and his cousin would go hunting up there and could fill every tag in one day not trophy hunting just meat hunting but that includes deer, elk, antelope, and bear! sign me up  :chuckle:
