I tried calling back and they've blocked my number!  I'll try calling from a different phone tomorrow!  Maybe if I annoy them enough they'll just post them so I'll stop calling!

I have a feeling your not gonna draw  :chuckle:

Or they will just give him a tag to silence him!!!   :chuckle:

Yeah that probably works about as well as someone calling me every 2 weeks after dropping off his animal asking me for an update.  Thinking I will get it done quicker.

When in reality the more time I am on the phone, the lest time I have to work, the longer it takes to get stuff done.

Yep. I've said that on here many times before. If you're in a hurry for the DFW to get the draw results out, DON'T call them!  It's not going to make it happen any faster.  :bash:

And yes, I'm anxiously awaiting to find out if I am so lucky that I will get to spend an extra $180 on hunting license fees this year.   :o    :chuckle:

In a way, I'm hoping I don't draw. Course it's kind of nice this year that you have until September 1st to purchase. However in reality the actual deadline for me will be the deadline of the special permit applications, because you have to purchase a tag first.

Pretty sure my two phone calls hasnt slowed them down much!  Not to mention I think it's obvious at this point the people I'm talking to have nothing to do with the posting of these results!

You all must have a $180 burning a hole in your pocket.  I don't want to look until payday.   :chuckle:

Not exactly burning a hole, but it would be nice to get the permit while I do have that $180.  Before some other weird thing occurs...like going to get a couple brake pads replaced and finding out you need a whole lot more than that--new brakes and rotors, wheel bearing/hub replacement, new ball joints.....
Or like when you go to the doctor for something 'small', and then they need tests.  Might as well just give them your wallet, SSN, and first born.

Your 2 phone calls + 5000 other peoples 2 phone calls that think there phone calls are not slowing them down.

Ohhhh wait never mind they hired a couple people to answer those phone calls.  So now everyone can bitch about WDFW raising the rates of licenses and tags and still not having enough money for things like more WDFW Officers, etc.   :chuckle:

Well maybe if they'd just post the friggin results when they drew them(last Saturday) or better yet earlier in the year for people that have to put in for vacation leave from work, they wouldn't be receiving all these calls!  I.E. Spring Bear-Posted the results two weeks before the season starts!  Not a whole lot of time to plan!

Two years notice wouldn't  be enough time for some people.  If it's questionable as to whether you can get time off work for the hunt, you might consider not applying. They always post the results by the time stated in the regulations and/or on their website.   :dunno:
