Can hunters camp overnight while hunting bears? Also is it alot of clearcuts or forest?

no camping and ya have certain times to access and egress.lotta clearcuts

Access is not to be before one and one half hours before sunrise and not after one and one half hours after sunset.

yep taken many bears outta there,its real good if ya put boot miles in the right place,hope for warm weather to get things going,I get excited around may
