Wirehair Pointing Griffons available...
« on: April 03, 2011, 07:43:38 PM »
I just drove down to Monument Oregon and picked up a 6 month old WPG. I saw the ad on ifish, in the hunting classifieds, called Saturday night, made arrangements for this AM and our new pup is a perfect pal for our GWP. These are incredible pups and are started...see the ifish ad for information, I'm not affiliated, or profiting from the referal, I just want to help them find homes for these guys. AKC registered, papers in my hand...and, you'll me the coolest people you'll ever want to meet, in one of the prettiest places on Earth.

We're very happy with our new pup...

There are two males still available. I'm not the owner, I just purchased one and wanted to help the breeder clear their books. It's a long story, but these dogs 'were' at a hunting preserve that had a rough season. They, the breeder, are getting out of the process and going back in to Construction Contracting. They do not have time to finish train the dogs that were not paid for by the Preserve...so now they have Griffons that REALLY need homes. Anyway, there are pictures on ifish website. If anyone needs direct contact information, you can PM me and I'll provide that and information about my dog. If you live in the Tri-Cities area, I will show you my Griff so you have an idea of the disposition/color/size...etc.

From what I understand, the situation with the dogs is getting dire and I believe they are willing to take what is offered to get them out of the kennel and into a home.

There are also a couple WPG's in the classifieds for sale. I know Machias is trying to sell his.
