What do you get when you cross a .....
« on: April 06, 2011, 05:11:03 PM »
So this guy at work is showing me pictures of his dogs, A black lab, and a yellow lab. He says he is going to breed them and sell  the pups to make money.:chuckle:
So what would you get if you bred a black lab with a yellow lab? A grey lab? or an assortment of each? :dunno:

:chuckle: Depends on what the family history is on each side. Black is dominant, but if there is a lot of yellow on both sides. He should get a mix of black and yellow. There is only black/yellow/choc labs. There are other color variety's but only the 3 are recognized by AKC. Any time someone tells me "I have a registered white lab or silver lab all I can do is laugh" white is registers as yellow, silver is registered as choc

Depends on the color of their noses :chuckle:

Beautiful dog.
