Its a white peafowl, not an albino.  I have three pens side by side whith three different species of peafowl.  Bronze, India blue (common ones) and the white.   Its cool when all three are fanning.  I tried to have some out free range as they are cool, but they are HELL on gardens.  Bronze are next on my list for pics.

Here's the bronze alarm system.  He's a bit more spendy.  Its a new color subspecies of peafowl.  They breed true.......

A male Bronze Peafowl.

:chuckle:Look at all that fresh fly tyeing material.    I have a big India Blue in my freezer gettting freezer burn as we speak.   I didn't have a freezer big enough for his tail, so skinned it out and boraxed it.  We'll see when that project happens.

Nope, free tours.    Best time is late fall, early spring though.   They start molting as we speak, which means more flytying material.   I don't think I bragged on here,  but I just got another article published in teh gamebird gazette with a bunch of pictures.   Still no cover shot.  I'll brag when I get that.   The best part was the girls each got in there a couple times holding birds.  I was excited about that.
