So, heres my Ghetto Blaster - Turkey gitter - all done
« on: April 12, 2011, 08:57:37 PM »
Picked this up last Sunday.
Winchester 1200 Ranger with a Sears 200 forestock on it.

Drove to Hoodsport for it, Road trip with the wonderful woman!

Stocks were hammered on, i didnt feel like refinishing them. I will buy a new buttstock for it later on when i am wealthier. I have the original ranger forestock for it, i will hold onto it for when i get the other and refinish it.

Not bad for a $100 Ghetto Blaster.
2-3/4 or 3"!

I sprayed Satin oregeno green, then grabbed some crap weeds from the yard and sprayed through them with Mocha brown in Krylons finest fast dry crap.. Its a beater but it will work lol!

Can't go wrong for $100

Picked up the rings and sling for $50 today and mounted them.
So total $150 not including fuel to get there and back I did well.

But, my buddy backed out on our Turkey hunt unless we only go for Sunday. Kind of depressed now.

Very nice!  And sorry when you titled it "Ghetto Blaster" I was thinking something more along the lines of the picture below1
