Had one of those owls jump from a scrub about 2" from my head out there one time. Pheasant hunting, scared the poo outta me!

I like the one of the yote...looks like she has pups...The pics dont really do the originals justice...as they have better color, etc, but i had to crop them and all this other stuff.

He said there were so many coyotes out there it wasnt even funny. He even saw a yote swimming out to an island in one of the potholes.

Sounds like I need to head out there and cull the herd.

DON'T SHOOT THE SWIMMERS!  At least, not yet!  They are swimming out to feast on the poor, helpless baby gulls, terns and cormorants (a.k.a. future smolt-eating *censored*birds).

As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.
