Some of the 6.0 or 6.1 had problems but I will put my 97 7.3 against just about anything. 200,000 miles and have only replaced a cam sensor and an alternator.

OKWe'll start at the on ramp at Vantage. You can take the lead down the on ramp.I'll have had time to hit the john at Ryegrass before you even get parked.I know. I used to own a '97 with a PSD.

Some of the 6.0 or 6.1 had problems but I will put my 97 7.3 against whatever you have. 200,000 miles and have only replaced a cam sensor and an alternator. 21 mpg running around and never less than 18 mpg towing 7 tons of hay. Hell, I hate Bayliner boats, Suzuki anything, Ibanez guitars, and Ruger firearms but that does not mean that they are totally crap products and that anyone who owns one is an idiot. It is very apparent that some of you need to grow up and join the adult world.WHAT!?!?!?! BLASPHAMY!!!!!get rope...we are stringing him up I was fine with the whole truck debate but bashing ruger......my word whats next blondes Laughing hysterically at this entire thread...good entertainment

This whole bashing people for what they own is as stupid as second grade playground banter. If these companies really put out inferior/crap products they would be out of business. Once again it is ALL about personal preference. By the way, I am a blonde so I won't be bashing them. And I do own a LOT of Ford stock and it has done very well for me over the past couple of years so I guess they are not as bad as some would lead you to believe.

The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.
....I was teasing I wasnt trying to bash anyone .... I find these preference debates kinda humorous how some people get all riled up..... just picture a world where everyone drove the exact same vehicle yuck

Only if I am towing 7 ton of hay, otherwise, you might be surprised, just sayin'. You gotta hit the john at Ryegrass because you have a girlish bladder or to let that Dodge cool off before it blows up?
I like things short simple and to the point. Ford didn't bow down and take a gov bail out. Ford made a car its own employees could afford. There is a lot of history behind Henry Ford. Some mistakes along the way, but who can say they can walk on water? Ford started the autos and Ford is still American. More so than Chevy who coped out and bowed to the Feds.
