There was a shoot up there on the 9Th. Most times I don't even get serious and want people here until after the 1st of may. There is some decent shooting but the actions really starts turning on in May. As far as the water levels I could not tell you, I did not make the shoot. But the fish around here are still deep and in the winter mode, once the water warms up they will come up more.

I made the shoot on Saturday. Had a few shot oppurtunities. We didn't do amazing though. Water was high and the fish were pretty deep. I had a small boat so I could weasal my way into some flooded wood and found fish. Our biggest was 17.5 lbs. Weather was nice so its always good being out there on the water.

Glad to hear you made it. Was there a good turn out? What was the winning weight? I saved the gas money and put it towards 4 new bows for my clients to use. Can't wait to get them! Hope to pickup a few more sponsors to do the bigger shoots this year.
