Whats up with the 4pt or better restriction now! General and Late hunt for modern.... So much for any buck on the late hunt.... waaaay to screw up my back up plan....

There's another thread on this. This is actually called... 'Game Management'. Deer numbers are down in those units for various reasons, -Probably the most toll on them was the winters of 2006, 2007, 2009. The gene pool is great there, so expect this to be a quality hunt in the next couple of years as long as mother nature cooperates.
