Western Washington 3D Courses
« on: April 20, 2011, 06:58:46 AM »
With all the separate threads related to 3D courses I thought it would be beneficial if everyone could post their home course or a nearby course with the day/time they are open.  I for one, would like to shoot other local courses but don't know many of their locations and the days they are open.   Below is my home course which is new this year.

Granite Falls Sportsmen Club
14 stations - 15 targets
20-60 yard flat range
Open every Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

$ 5.00 adults  $ 3.00 youth (15 and under)

we have a 30 target walk though course a 10-50yrd flat range it is open every day exept work party days and 3d shoots. Open from dawn to dusk $2 per person a day, and as much shooting as you can handle. We are expanding the course and will have 3 loops of 15 targets to shoot. Our ourse changes are nearly done and we will have 2 targets that will be over 100 yard shots.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Chinook Archers in Camas, WA does a warm-up 3-D shoot in August with I believe 60 critters. It's a good shoot and well attended.

I'm a member of Cedar River Bowmen near Black Diamond.  If you only make one of our tourneys this year, make sure and check out Bownanza this summer.
