Anyone ever hunted Willapa game refuge?

It is my understanding that there is a game refuge down on the way to long beach that you can hunt on. Just wondering if i heard wrong or if anyone knows anything about it. I was told it is called Long Island and then i heard you can hunt on the mainland around there too. Is there any hunting down on the Long Beach Peninsula?
