It never showed them "hunting" without hunter orange, it only showed them after the shots. Wonder how it would hold up. They probably took it off for the camera stuff.

My opinion is that orange should be a personal choice. It amazes me that the state can actually tell us what color our clothing has to be. There are other highly visible colors that would be just as safe, or safer, than orange. Why can't we wear those colors? I would never turn someone in for not wearing orange.

If you watch video #4 they are doing nothing but hunting. Its all a safety thing. I am not the orange police....but I will always wear mine so other people know where I am at all times. I do not wish to be shot and would prefer that while hunting a modern season ALL people wear theirs so I can see them too. Really....does it give you that much of an edge at hundreds of yards away to be in camo?.....I think not.

 :yeah:

Orange isn't required in Idaho and they do just fine.  I still wear my orange when I hunt there though.  :dunno:

sorry to offend but!
we all know it is a question of safety, BUT they are busting their humps in the high country hunting where they may or may not see another hunter the whole trip. (not saying it is right) but if they don't have it on oh well. but to email game dept to try to bust someone (for hunter orange of all things) to gain points for yourself than that is BS, especially where they are. it isn't like they are shooting from truck driving down the road or busting fences on private property to gain access.. (THAT WOULD BE A FOR SURE CALL IT IN) but ORANGE?
i love cruising thru the posts and seeing all the great pics but this get out of hand.. people want to point fingers and try to find a problem or a law that has been broken to explain why someone tagged or caught something and was successful.
HELL IT ISN'T LIKE THEY HAD A FLASHLIGHT ON THEIR BOW!!! :chuckle: :chuckle:
