Figured I would give my stress a little rest today and give you my recipe for smoked turkey breasts,,, Get a 1 gal. zip lock bag dump about 1/2 of a bottle of Italian dressing into the bag , then add about 1/4 cup soysause , some chopped onions and add 2 to 4 turkey breasts . When sealing the bag slowly push out the air as you are sealing it ..once it is sealed tumble the bag around a minute or two and marinade about 6 hours.. I toss the bag around a couple times in that 6 hr period just works better .... once you take them out put them on a big chef smoker rack shake a little pepper on them and get to smokin , about 3 hours into it melt alittle butter 1/4 stick in the micro add about 6 table spoons of honey stir it up good and brush on the turkey, place breasts in smoker and it should be about 6 to 8 hrs of total smoking depends on how hot it is out side...enjoy !!!!!
