dog gone for training
« on: April 25, 2011, 03:47:51 PM »
My one year old lab has been gone for about two and a half weeks for her bird dog training and a I miss her like crazy. It is nuts how you don't realize that you are that attached to a dog until they are gone. I am stoked to see what she can do when she returns in a few weeks. I am confident my uncle and cousin will have her ready to be a lean, mean hunting machine!  :IBCOOL:

It feels like she has been gone for months! I can't wait to take her for a hike and to hear her snoring on the floor next to my bed again.

I know what you mean  :'(

When we went to MO for a week, I missed Buddy so bad, I would have paid to have him shipped to me, but the wife said, "NO WAY"  :bash:

keep more than one eye on bucko-
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checked by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the grey twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."
