Yeah I have been wondering myself about the fox pro .. how many have one ? and how many used them and actually killed some coyotes... I have hunted coyotes 25 yrs solid and killed many but it took me awhile to figure out the right sounds to make to actually have them come in ....once I figured that out it got crazy quickly . back in 2002 Me and a buddy killed 78 in skagit co .... i used to average around 30 per year but then alot guys cought on and started coyote hunting and do to rifle restrictions I have not went much lately .... I  figured I would post one picture to back up my story ..I use a diapham and if you want to be successful on coyotes change the volume as you call from calling loud , to calling quiter...AND WATCH FOR THE ONE THAT RUNS YOU OVER ....

I have a foxpro scorpian, I like it. Use it about half the sets. It has raised my kill rate a little. Foxpro is a good company and stand behind the product.
Before you buy go to the Foxpro site and look at the refurbished and used callers. There are sounds available that are very hard to imitate with a mouth call. :hello:

A buddy of mine bought one and it is still in the box... He was all gung ho when he bought it but now does nothen with it .. I always tought different as far as sounds made with a diapham ... I can do alot of things with the same diapham .. like bugle - disstress rabbit - howl  and of course turkey sounds .. I can not ever think of one year where we have not called in a coyote while turkey hunting ... mostly in May ..because they are having pups so they are on the prowl ...I just need to find a solid method for bobcats .... it seems harder here on the westside than east ....

I guarantee there are sounds on that spitfire you can't make with a diaphragm... fox pros are great. One other thing they do for you is focus the critters attention on to the caller whereas when you are mouth calling they are focused on you.

grundy ..never said there was ...  :dunno: :dunno: All I know is I called a lot of coyotes with a diaphram ..thats it .. but I did say I would not mind trying the fox pro..Coyotes are easier to call in places where they dont get much pressure .. Like Canada ..and back in the day it was the same here but now it is not so easy .. I still call coyotes but not as much....

Yes they work. Not all of the sounds are geared to Coyotes. A lot of the sounds are more for Bocats, cougar, bear, fox, raccoon and so on.

Never had a sound kill a coyote. Bobcats love bird sounds, little birds, with a mouth call a "peeper" you can get close but not perfect.
go to the foxpro site for pictures and proof from hundreds of forum posts. Thousands of coyotes have bit the dust to foxpro sounds and some of the other electronic calls.
I have only been calling about 20 years, average around 20 per year coyotes. Predatormasters site has a few hundred posts also, if you can get past the disgusting drivel in a lot of the PM posts.

Cougar in heat sounds are available from different sources and can be downloaded to the fox pro.  I can't recall off hand if Fox pro has their own.

Here is the list of the Foxpro sounds.  Most Foxpro's can use MP3 and .WAV files as well.  Most of the sounds I use are MP3's I put together from free sound on the internet.
