I've smoked a few things in my past life, but salmon and turkey never seemed to light very well!

How long have you been waiting to share that zinger?

Turkey is best smoked in my opinion.  The family always expects me to smoke a small turkey to bring to thanksgiving even though there is a bird in the oven.

How'd it turn out?  Did you brine it?
