First bird of the 2011 season hit the dirt this morning.

This joker was feeding about 100 yards away with his buddy gobbling every time I called. After about 15 min. of that he finally noticed my girls standing in the field and came running. He struttedaround them for about 15 min. before I decided to put him out of his misery. Unfortunatly one of my dekes was a caualty, it's still good but full of holes.

Awesome! Unfortunately I had a decoy bite the dust this year as well, sometimes stuff just happens when you get that fever goin!  :chuckle:
