HuntWa 2011 Bear Hunting Poll

Here is the 2011 HuntWA bear poll. There are a few bears hitting the ground already so make sure to mark it in the poll.

I am curious how many Washington bears have been taken in 2011 by members and how many are first time bear hunters.

You will be allowed to vote up to 5 times if needed.
For example:
A vote for killing a bear/or two bears yourself.
A vote if it was your first bear ever.
A vote if it/or one was a spring bear
A vote if your friend (non site member) killed a bear
A vote if a friend/or another friend (non site member) killed two bears.

You may change your vote if you need to.

Please, no photos in this thread.

I added my spring bear, probably won't get a chance to hunt for myself in the fall.

for some reason I was thinking 2010. lol. So I should have picked WILL hunt bears in 20011 and WILL be successful....

Had spring Bear tag in Hancock Forrest Management. Ruff year for finding or killing bear. I understand very few taken. I found tracks in the snow in late April. In fact hunted during a strong snow shower on April 30th. Saw lots of Elk Who could not like that? Maybe I find that Bear later in the fall, its the hunting that matters any way

I finally got to vote after tagging a bear last night.  I hope to change my vote in the next few days to 2 bears tagged in 2011.

Tagged one August 25, will only tag another this year if it is very large or a great color.

Didn't hunt any due to my injury spine cord. Hopefully get better shortly...  Maybe next year.
