Photo theme: Rutting Rams
« on: May 31, 2008, 10:40:09 PM »
Since we seem to have a lot of snake, tweety bird, and butterfly pictures running around here lately.  I thought we could start a topic about rutting rams.  Let's see your rutting ram pictures.  Whether chasing or bombing ewes..or maybe man on man comradery.  I've shot rams everywhere I can think from the Grand Canyon to South Dakota to our very own Yakima.  One thing is the same...rams will be rams.  In fact, I've given up hunting in November and December because I devote most of my time to photographing rutting rams.  It's the only time of the year they don't stick their rear end to you and put their face in the grass.  You could say it's my Passion...  Any others?

Why do they always have that look that....I'm going to kick your ass.    Must be from draggin their sack around in the rocks and snow.  :)   You've seen most of my ram shots, I'll see if I missed any.

Do you have any good stone sheep shots?  I know you've shot up north a time or two.
