Cannon balls
« on: May 10, 2011, 11:55:39 PM »
I need to purchase some 6-10 oz cannon balls.  There was a guy in Tacoma selling them but I cannot find his add on craigslist.  Anyone know somebody local to Pierce or King County selling them at decent price?

Well I scored.  Guy delivered a mix of 6, 8, and 10oz balls total of about 35 of them for 30 bucks.  Not sure if you all have seen the price of these at Cabelas or Sportco.  They go about 4 bucks each maybe more.  If anyone needs them call 253-301-1558.  He makes a huge variety of sizes so you cant go wrong.

That's a great price.  Just bought a couple yesterday, and they were at least 4X that.

Maybe we should have a pouring party? I have cannon ball molds and the fish shaped rigger ball mold. But I had to buy 380 pounds of lead and am out.

you'd have to oil them or they would rust.  :chuckle:
