I have tried several different capture rests and currently have a QAD LD Pro on my Maxxis 31 and it is a nice rest but over the last 3 years this has been by far my favorite rest.

http://www.newarchery.com/products/2-32/arrow-rests/quiktune-sizzor.html

There is a slow motion video on the page.  I like the way it holds the arrow with pretty much no play and has complete clearance when it opens up.

 :yeah:
Bit on the expensive side though.

You can find good deals on ebay for them.

What he is referring to about the trophy taker is if you try and nock the arrow than pop it in the rest it won't work.  You have to slide it in through the rest than nock it.  And you don't want to move your nock point off center.  You will have tuning issues.

They make a side slot and a top slot model. One of the two will work. My sight sits kinda low on my xforce but I got the side slot and I bet I can load it faster then 99% people out there shooting a bow. It comes with pratice you get use to it real quick and it's no slower to load then the other rests. I won 50 bucks at a running target shoot when a guy said I could not shoot the running target 2 times before it got to the bottom  Shot my boar in NZ a couple weeks ago at about 30 yards and he took off on a dead run and before he got past 60 yards I punched him again :IBCOOL:

I've shot the trophy taker for over 10 years and love it.  as far as the "full containment models" make sure you check them out with the sight you have cuz my buddy has one and has some issues nocking his arrows without manipulating it around his hardware (sight box).  with practice you should be able to knock your arrow correctly without looking at it

All he needed to do was move his nocking point.
that wasn't the issue......the problem was the sight ring was so big that he needed to insert the arrow horizontally to the string under ther sight box/through the containment housing to the string....he didn't have enough clearance to put it on the string otherwise....that seems like a pain in the arse to me....moving the nock point wouldn't have done any good
