Definitely a Northern Harrier. Here is a link with a similar shot of one.

Thats what I thought it was, but was surprised how grey it was. I guess I am used to seeing immatures or females.

AKA Marshus Hawkus. Nice set. I've been looking for one of those, no luck as of yet this Spring.
