I can see you were on a boat that could care less. Those fish should always be white side up. They cook in the sun with the dark side up.

they cleaned the fish,then put the meat in clear plastic bags and left them in the sun,no ice or box to put them in, the fish was hot when we got them,

Did you make it out Thursday?

Nope I didn't make it out, the two guys I had lined up bailed on me and I can't afford to do that by myself, I didn't even go today cause the weather called for a Gale warning  :bash: so I planned a fishing trip with my son to the trout pond which worked out pretty good, the pond opened at 8:00am and he had his two fish before 8:05, Much better then I could have done halibut fishin !!!  :chuckle:

Sorry to hear about your crappy trip Rasbo, at least you have some halibut in your freezer, I have gone 4 times and I don't have any yet, I guess I'll just have to catch a derby winner and buy some halibut !!  :IBCOOL:
