Sorry to hear about your luck swatson, I knew there was a good bear in there. I have been hunting that road and the other five hundred all season. I can say I learned alot though. We'll get'em in the fall.

@KG-According to Clyde only two were harvested that he is aware of.  @DK-yes that area got torn up.  I know of one guy that shot at and missed a really nice one down towards the end of that road.  Not sure if you saw the two peels directly in front of one another right off on the right side of the road but he shot at that bear right in front of those peels.  I actually had found the first one and it looked like it had been peeled 5 minutes earlier.  Took a picture to show my buddy who was up there.  I showed him, went home and he called me a couple hours later and said hey did you see the peel right behind that peel and I said there wasn't, he said there is now.  I looked at the pic on my camera and you can see the 2nd tree that hadn't been torn up yet.  Kinda funny.
