Are the areas I put in , pretty much in that order for myself & my son. Kept it simple this year.  Usally I'm putting in all over the state. Thought this year I'd stay as close to home as I could.

What did you put in for east klick? doe tags? I can understand grayback but wondering about east klick. There is not really any buck hunts to apply for in my back yard

Second Deer Hunt : Antlerless.  Yeah, its a doe tag.  Its alot closer to home than the drive to Dayton. it was a 4th choice. MAybe I'll run into you in your backyard.

tick tock, tick tock.  I check that damn results page every morning.  I know its going to be awhile before the results are out.  For some reason, I hold onto a glimmer of hope that the results will come out early this year.  I need to put in for my vacation dates but its hard when I do not know when I will be hunting.  Has anyone heard of any rumors around a time when the back door will have results this year?

I just hope I don't get drawn for everything in one year because I would have to quit my job and go hunting from September through November

2 years ago I drew deer and elk in MT, Nooksack any bull rifle in WA, unit 40 mule deer in southern ID, and my daughter (12) had her first deer and elk tags with me in MT. I just about hunted myself into the dirt. Craziest 2 months of my life. I think I'm still tired!

How did you do on your unit 40 Idaho mule deer tag?

I shoot so many Huge deer & Elk in the Blues, glad to see so many going to the Colockum! I love the Blues...TONS of great hunting down in the Blues!!
