Save the big ones or some day you will regret it!! I here they are paying $7 bucks for brown Elk. About the same for brown deer. That's just through the grapevine so you might do better. good luck

Make a lamp or table out of them.  You can make more money with that then you could selling them as they are.  Macabees in cle elum sells elk lamps for $1000-1200 dollars a piece.
