We will be selling it here.  We are hoping to have them available in the coming weeks. We don't want to pigeon hole ourselves into a specific date, but we are working diligently on finishing.

I like the graphics for the front cover. To me it looks like it could use a slash of color, perhaps for the border around the title. Other than that, looks good.
