did the state  get rid of the lifetime free hunting and fishing raffle???
you cant eat the horns, but backstraps look like crap on my wall!!!!

They still collect the $$ for it but probably "forget" to issue them.

they got rid of the lifetime license for the same reason you can't buy a raffle ticket over the internet. the state gaming commission said to was a form of gambling.
"Shoot the spike".  It's much easier to pack out!
