What is the best block for the price?
« on: May 29, 2011, 01:37:46 PM »
So just got my new bow back and it's ready to shoot now  Just curious what is a good shooting block that has easy arrow retrevial? Going to shoot around 300fps and only field tips. My buddy has got one and it is a BI--- To pull the arrows out. I would spend up to $200 and I would like it to last awhile. Any help would be great.

If your just shooting field tips any block will do, I have a black hole that has lasted years (I only use it for field tips), but if your shooting broadheads then the 18-1 is best.

I've shot through the original "Block", and it did great for 3-4 years.
I just got a new "Morrell six shooter",  it sucks!
I'm going back to the "Block".

I haven't had any problems with my new Block Black...$100 :twocents:

Maybe making your own would work.

The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.
