how are you guys tracking your movment? I used to wear a pedometer at work, and was logging 7 miles a day
I'm biking about 10 miles, walking about 2.5, and doing weights. Lost 11 lbs in the last 10 days on the way to 40. I WILL be tip top for elk season this year. I may be old, but I'm feeble, too!
