Naw I'm just kidding. Just having someone with the Saminator. Nothing like having your daughter come up and say that she wants to be like you and work beside you. So she got her own mannequin, lots of paints. And one heck of a fun time and she even got paid.

Take care and enjoy life it only happens once.

That is so sweet. All I can tell you Joe is to cherish every moment. Before you know it they are grown and married with their own children. She made me feel bad looking at her work and seeing how small she is and out does my work by a long shot  :) :) :) Forgot to tell ya you are going to have your hands full when she gets older better start polishing up those shot guns!!!!!!!

Thanks everyone. She was 40 years in the making and beginning to realize that spending time with her is more important to me than anything else.

Muley -  I don't need to polish up the shotguns. I am going to make one nice Plaque on the wall between the bears and the cougar with a lil name tag that says Sam's first boyfriend. Should be good for a long time. Probably hang a knife off of it. LMAO.

And now she wants HORNS!!! thats right I said Horns. Ok maybe Antlers, but horns is easier for her to say so we are putting horns on it............

VERY COOL!! That's why I retired from the Navy when I did instead of staying longer. I didn't want to miss any more of my youngest boy's life. You only get one shot and I missed WAY too much of my other kids growing up. I cherish every moment I get with my little man now!

ok was too hard to make whitetail antlers so we changed it to a mule deer, that was a episode in itself, lots of pictures showing her the difference of a mulie and a whitey. But after all was said and down we came to agreement. Then we had to have them put together with pink and pink burrs.

Overall this has been fun to do, the wife, Sam and I had fun doing it. Taking me a long time to get here but finally learning how to enjoy my time with the family...

Thanks everyone for looking.

You have quite the cutie there Joe. I bet you guys had a ball working on that piece together. My favorite days are when I'm doing rock bases and my 5 yr old boy gets to help slop the plaster around. Days neither of us will ever forget.

I would love to be able to afford her work.  Have one of her mounts on my wall.

That is awesome!!!!!!  She is quite the artist.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

awww man she is starting out young. Now she wants a bear in her room. She already has my grizzly, a smallmouth and her deer. I told her that she already had a bear. And it is quite funny to see a 3 year old tell you that she did not shoot it and she wants her own. I wonder if I let her shoot the 338 one time if that will change her mind  :dunno:   Well I have an extra bear cape, so looks like I will be doing a lifesize on it with the help of the Saminator......
