Well, here's one way to get the ram slam. Great story that's worth the read.

I was born about 80 yrs to early. What a great story and could you imagine the amount of quality hunting and the amount of quality game in those days. Its only a dream now!

I think you meant 80 years to LATE not to EARLY. Your point is well taken though.

That is what a i meant. I wish it was still like that now. I would be more than happy to give up most of the luxuries in life today to have it like it was back then. Im sure some of you would say the same.

Great story! I am surprised Sportsmans or Cabela's hasn't snatched those up! I'll place a bid in the morning!

Gotta agree it would be the cheapest way to get the grand slam.

I don't think the satisfaction would be there "looooook at what I bought!!!"

Yeah, I sure hope some outfit like cabelas will pick them up and try to preserve the history behind them. But some turd with a bunch of cash and no morals will pick it up and brag that they got it, but never got it score or something.
I've know a few people that bought nice mounts at the pawn shop and talked it up that way.

I just bought them with the "buy it now button". Now to change my handle and post them all over the internet with some great hunt stories thrown in.
