When using pellets.....
« on: August 24, 2011, 01:01:58 PM »
G' afternoon-

Newbie here,.... Its obvious I am about to shoot a ML for the first time....

When you load your bullet on top of the pellets, how do you ensure that you don't crush the pellets? (as the mfg and others suggest you don't do).... Will you know that you have the bullet seated as far as it should go?

TIA-
Phil

like he said, just push the ramrod down till it stops, dont pound on it once it stops, then mark on your ramrod-on a plastic ramrod a knife works fine- so that always after that you'll know when you are rammed all the way down. would recommend you just start with 2 50 gr pellets..
