2nd deer permit question

If someone pulls a second deer tag for GMU 260 but they are doing their primary hunting in GMU 672, does the second deer tag have to be filled 2nd or can that person hunt GMU 260 and fill that tag first before hunting GMU 672?

If the permit season is before the other season yes you can but from what I have looked at there are a couple of those 2nd tags that overlap but for the most part are a "late" season.

You can take the 2nd one anytime when that one is valid.
