My Lang 84 super delux longneck has expanded metal grates and they work great. I also had a buddy of mine build me a hog cooking grate and he built it out of Stainless steel expanded metal, it turned out great.

    Very nice and yes, it does look better than some i've seen in the stores.  Other than food I smell money.

Cold smoking attachment. Seems to work awesome. Plenty of smoke. And the temp. guage doesn't budge.
