Im trying to figure out the score for a nice set of whitetail horns I found and was wondering what the average spread is and also do you just add the left side plus the right side plus the average spread? Thanks

Also, whats the best way to mount a set of sheds? Ive seen those skulls that are ready for horns to go onto but they were spendy. Any cheaper options?

15-17" tip of ear to tip of ear. That's been my experience at any rate.

I would say 16 inside spread is a good number for a mature buck.
