Found a dead owl on my property today,probably died yesterday or so, can I keep it or is it illegal to posses an owl even when I found it dead?

yes it is probably should let the fish and game know so they can determin the cause.

I am not certain, but I think you have to buy a collectors liscense. I found a beaver that was hit by a car yesterday and wanted to taxidermy it but was told I had to poses a collectors liscense ($50).

Yeah called em up...even though it was already dead and on my property its illegal, but thanks about that tip I check in on that collectors liscense. Its a bummber to just watch it rot and go to waste to flies, instead of in my den haha.
