For those with Spring Bear Tags, I wish I could tell you the road was open.  However access is still from the SE.  Not impossible but it does add alot of travel. I talked to a guy last night that early in the season rode from Troy up the river until he could not cross a side stream.  He still had to get to WA to hunt.  This has been a tough year.   Rubbed out hides would be a concern now.
