Pretty good vid.  A few times he drew his bow with a release and without an arrow nocked.  That's asking for an accidental dry fire opportunity.  Just sayin' as a reminder.  :)

I thought that video was very helpful and seemed to have the same advice everyone was giving me in my arm guard thread.  I also found this video helpful.
