Salmon smoker
« on: June 13, 2011, 07:05:35 PM »
Hey guys,
I am looking to buy a smoker which will be mostly used for salmon and trout.  I would like to spend between $100 and $300.  What are your suggestions.

Smoking salmon regularly and to do it really good with consistency so you can fine tune your technique and recipe I strongly suggest the Bradley Smoker.  You should be able to find one used on Craigslist or the like in your price range.

I do agree everyone needs a Big Chief also in the arsenal but again for regular consistant results the Bradley is worth serious consideration.
