Wolves in the Blues....again
« on: July 16, 2011, 07:29:29 PM »
If I recall there was another post with this title at some point.....
I posted this pic on another thread yesterday....My length estimation was way off... :o  3x the length of a .357 mag shell...
4 5/8" !
I only saw about 6 prints....didn't measure the stride.....

Wolf????
I say yes.

I wouldn't say "again" I would say "still"

Tough to say if that's a wolf or not.
Mind saying what unit you were in?

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I meant "again", because I thought the title was used before.  :)

Unit: Dayton...I have pics of much larger tracks...not from this area....
I didn't see any other tracks except deer and elk.

I'll have to look over the archives but I thought there was mention of wolf/wolves exactly where these tracks were. Made me wonder...
