I drew 2nd deer. Need help
« on: June 15, 2011, 11:49:10 AM »
See?

I drew my first deer in the 2nd grade.  The help I need is to know if I should hang it on the fridge or the pin board in the dining room?

I figured it wouldn't be hanging there anytime when anyone else had theirs there so, it wouldn't matter much if it was a honey hole or not.  Just looking for a little guidance, that's all.

I think you should pin it on a stump and shoot it since it is the ONLY deer you will have a chance at shooting!! :chuckle:

OK, I don't want to be an A$$ here, but don't you think you should have thought about where to hang this thing BEFORE you drew it?
I mean, I am getting a little tired of all you guys that just start drawing deer without scouting out your house first.
I mean I LIVE in my house, so I get to scout it all the time.  I KNOW where all the best spots are to hang deer pictures, and to be quite honest with you, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DRAW A DEER LIKE THIS FOR 38 YEARS!!  And now you just draw one with little or no thought as to where you are going to hang it, and BAM!  you jump on the internet and want to know from ME where to hang it.

You know, I am already pissed off about drawing to begin with today, since I tried to draw another deer again, and just found out yesterday that it didn't turn out the way I thought it should have.  SO, to be frank, I am going to take it out on you...because:

1.  You are new
2.  I don't know you
3.  You don't know where I live so you can't come kick my a$$
4.  I am jealous of what you drew
5.  I can't draw anything

id vote for hanging it above your bed so you could admire it each night before you go to sleep. could be like a dream catcher, bringing you good dreams about hunting. then again it could bring you nightmares such as being held down while a deer deficates on your head in retrubution for any ancestors you may have killed.

Uh, if i am not mistaken that 2nd deer tag was for antlerless only and by your post and pics it appears you not only tresspassed but took an illegal deer being the pic you posted is of a buck.
10 points for me...... :whoo:
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
