Well i will pray for 40 degrees Oct 1. Right now I'm just tring to gather all the stuff i think i might need for the hunt. I'm working on my bike and trailer like the one Pa Ben used on his hunt  :tup: i will post pics of it when its done. and i hope to get out real soon and do some scouting and calling  :IBCOOL: I just cant wait been counting the days down  :drool: And thanks for all the great info guys .

It was 25 degrees October 1st when I had my tag.  75-80 during the day.

When I was sleeping under that tree last year it was rather nippy as well.  WELL below freezing.

OK i think i have my bike and trailer done. I have put 175 pounds on it and pulled it around the neighborhood and it seemed to work just find. i did get alot of strange looks :chuckle:. So i hope it will work in the woods. now i will be working on doing some scouting and learn how to call them in. Oct 1 is coming so fast  :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL: Just cant wait .

Well only five days left before i get to go hunt for a bull of a life time  :tup: i haven't been sleeping good. i been going threw all my gear making sure i have everything that i might need for the trip. i have all next week off and will be camped up there so i should have plenty of time to find a nice one i hope.  and the weather is cooling down witch is nice. i will be sure to post lots of pics and stories of the hunt .. well untill then wish me luck :tup:
