If you sell your service for guiding someone to an animal without first getting a guiding license, you are breaking the law.

There is no such thing as a guiding license in this state. However you would need a permit if hunting on National Forest.

Yes! and you should also have insurance There is no no license other then a business license

Setting up an LLC, or Limited Liability Company, is also an easy, even cheaper form of liability proteciton. Usually a small filing fee, say $35-50, and have to post it in a business journal for a few weeks. Also helps if you don't comingle personal and business bank accounts.
